GAS CITY, IN.- Lincoln, IN. racer Dave Darland (Pictured Left) won the 5th Annual Hastings Law Firm Midseason Doubler this last Friday night at the Gas City (I-69) Speedway. "It feels good to win tonight. I gotta thank the Goodnight Racing team for putting together a great car tonight. I would also like to thank the Hastings Law Firm (Indianapolis, IN.) for their support of the Gas City (I-69) Speedway. I was glad to be here. It was a great night for us," Darland said.

After the hard fought battle with Darland, Schurenberg said, "It was good, but I'm so close to winning. I put it up on the high side. We just needed to get in lap traffic sooner." The track position was everything tonight," Meseraull said. "I caught a break after Ted Hines flipped earlier in the race. They restarted me outside the pole. I didn't even know I was supposed to restart there," Meseraull explained. Thomas Meseraull would like to thank the following people and sponsors for their continued support this season. The following include, Paul Hazen; Kercher Engines; Bell Helmet (Thank you for the new helmet); Buds Auto Sales; and the Physical Medicine Consultants.
